Zoey Redbird is a usual girl until she get marked. When you get marked you have to leave your family and your human life behind, and start your new life as a vampire. House of night is the Vamp school that have to go too. There you will be studying your new life (a vampire life) or you die. If you don´t go too the school you will die in a few days. So Zoey goes to The House of Nights. It´s not really different to live a vamp-life and a human life, you go shopping, watch TV and be with vampire friends. But Zoey got more than just boyfriend problems...
